KPS Pharmacy is continuing to provide the Covid-19 Vaccination service from our centre at Whalley Range Cricket Club into the Booster Programme for cohorts 1-9. The booster dose can only be administered 6 months after the second dose.

If you are already in receipt of an NHS letter or message that explains you are eligible for the COVID-19 booster vaccination then please click this link — https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/ and you will be able to choose WHALLEY RANGE TENNIS AND CRICKET CLUB as your preferred vaccination centre.
Alternatively, you can call 119 and they will assist you with your booking.
If you have not received a letter from the NHS or currently ineligible , please fill out the below form and we will get back to you when it is your turn to have your vaccination or contact you towards the end of a day to ensure all vaccines are used. The NHS is prioritising those at risk. We anticipate moving down the cohort list set by JCVI, as the weeks roll by. You will be notified in as soon as that information has been released.If you are in cohorts 1-9 and unable to book your booster vaccination and are unable to find an appointment slot at our clinic, then please complete the form below and we will then contact you when we have availability. *This may be at short notice.
